Sarah Mae Huggins

Sarah Mae Huggins bio…

Fitness is my foundation, my rock, my life saver. I started my journey with fitness at a young age, playing soccer and being involved in martial arts starting at age 4 and going to age 20. At that I joined my first gym on my own and thus started lifting. Fitness and the dedication it takes to reach goals has always helped me stay focused and on the straight and narrow. It has always been my outlet stress and the obstacles life throws my way. The gym is always there never straying and always gives back exactly what I put into it. I love seeing how a healthy lifestyle just completely transforms people, myself included.

My theory on training clients is simple, think of their goals as my goals. I know what I’m willing to do to reach my goals and I want to take that tenacity and drive into my clients process of reaching each of their goals. Sarah is also a Stage Posing Coach.

Terrance Herrera

Terrance Herrera bio…

My name is Terrance Herrera, I have a year and a half of experience working as a personal trainer under a NASM CPT qualification. Some prior experiences that allow me to excel at this field start with my military background. I am Marine Corps veteran from 2009- 2013, where I learned discipline, leadership and integrity.

Also, I am a Culinary School graduate from the San Diego Culinary Institute and I am also currently attending the University of Central Missouri as a full time student working on my bachelor’s degree in Dietetics.

My goal is to help educate my clients on adapting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle the most effective way possible while also helping to reach my client’s most desired fitness goals. My concentration as a trainer to help my client’s achieve great core strength and neuromuscular efficiency. The body’s core is very complex and extremely important for effective muscular advantage and I fell that it is my duty to instruct my clients to achieve optimal alignment for sufficient and steady progression.

Though I believe that over the years I have acquired effective tools that help me excel at my duties as a personal trainer, I am aware that I still have much education to acquire and I will continue to obtain knowledge in my field for my client’s advantage.

Daniel Collins

Daniel Collins bio…

I decided to take my knowledge in training to another level and started competing in 2012 as a men’s physique competitor. I competed at the Muscle Mayhem in the open and master’s class. I placed 4th in the open and took first in the master’s.

In 2013, I entered the Muscle Mayhem again, placing 2nd in the open and 1st in the master’s. A few weeks later I entered the Missouri where I placed 1st in the open and masters. I was fortunate enough and won the overall as well.

Next I competed in my first National competition in Florida at the end of 2013. This was a tuff competition, 63 in my class alone and I did not place. I did not let this discourage me, instead I worked even harder and I entered Muscle Mayhem 2014 placing 2nd in the open and 1st in the

I then entered master nationals in July were I placed 7th. In September the same year, I enter The North Americans where I placed 5th.

Wanting to earn an IFBB pro card I continued training hard to prepare for 2015. I entered the Mayhem, placing 1st in both the open and masters. I was fortunate enough to win the master’s overall and took a close runner up or the open overall.

Continuing my momentum, In July I traveled to Master Nationals where I moved up and placed 4th. In September I entered The North American Championships and placed 3rd. 2016 I competed at Master Nationals and placed 3rd, top two earn a pro card.

I am currently working hard to improve my physique as I prepare for Nationals in 2017. As a trainer, my hope is to help my clients become the best they can be and continue to live a healthy lifestyle.

Christina Bashara

Christina Bashara bio…

My name is Christina Bashara. I currently live in Kansas City Missouri. I recently relocated from Los Angeles California, where I trained out of Metroflex in Long Beach. I have trained with some of the

best in the industry and have a high level of exposure to all different types of athletes. I trained back home with CT Fletcher and had the opportunity to get to know a lot of the most influential in our industry.

I have been training the last two years to look my absolute best and create my best physique. I am planning on competing in the beginning of 2017 in NPC physique category. My personal goal is to bring my very best to the stage and place for nationals.

I enjoy training and training hard! I love being able to balance the beauty of being a woman, and going extra hard in the gym. I believe strength is beautiful.

My journey is connected to so many … I have an obligation to not only better myself, but support the journey of others. I enjoy being able to motivate and inspire people on my path.

One of the reasons I enjoy training is that if affords me the opportunity to be a part of someone else’s journey. I enjoy motivating, and being that one person that is going to believe in you and push you to

be your very best. I have an empathetic approach with people and I genuinely care about their results.

Giselle McGaw

Giselle McGaw bio…

As a Fitness Professional, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help people realize what their bodies are capable of. I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals. Everyone, no matter their fitness level or abilities, can benefit from increased physical activity and I strive to provide every client with a program that is effective and appropriate, while also allowing them to feel comfortable and safe. This includes helping busy men and women lose fat, feel better, look better, build confidence, and building total body strength… faster!

I wasn’t always into fitness and working out. I have always loved sports and was an athlete through high school, but that was no longer a priority when I became a mother. I was a stay-at-home mom for 15 years and finally after all those years, I felt like my kids were grown enough and I wanted to get fit and do something for myself.

I found my passion for health and fitness in my mid 30’s. My love for helping people, and my teaching background of over 10 years, coupled with being a full-time parent, led me to becoming a certified personal trainer.

My greatest accomplishment has been that my children now want to be involved with my passion for fitness and excel at their sports. I love running races with them and watching them grow! Every day I work hard to be the best I can be and hope to inspire others to be the same!
